This policy covers fofarn.com, operated by FOFARN. It explains what we collect when you use the site, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you send a message or ask to be notified when a piece arrives, we receive what you type: your email address, and for messages your name, phone number and message, or for notifications the piece, size and color you chose. We use it to reply to you or to send that one notification. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the business and the service providers named below.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: pages visited, approximate location, device type and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies. We do not send it names, phone numbers or email addresses.
When you submit a form we also record the time, the page you were on and your IP address, which helps us tell genuine requests from automated spam.
Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
We may use Google Ads. If we do, Google may use cookies to show our ads to people who have visited this site and to measure results. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep a record of our work together. Analytics data is retained according to Google's settings for our account, typically 14 months.
